Safety Trainers — formerly WeCare — is a family-run provider of onsite emergency management and OSHA training, consulting and resources throughout New England.
Started by a father.
Still run by the family.
Safety Trainers was founded in 1998 by a father and his children, delivering emergency management training across Central Massachusetts.
After 9/11 the work shifted toward occupational health and safety, and the business followed it. In 2007 the youngest brother joined and built out the OSHA Construction Division.
Today we serve more than twenty industries across New England, and over 60% of our clients have been with us for twenty years or more. We are a Christian-owned business built on faith, family and community.

A shift after 9/11
Demand moves toward occupational health and safety, and the business follows it.
The construction division
Youngest brother joins and builds out OSHA training for contractors and jobsites. Followed by the economic shift of 2008 creating layoffs and an increase in outsourcing.
Incorporated
Incorporated and expanded our team and services. Name change to CPR, Inc dba Safety Trainers.
Approved grant provider
Designated by the Commonwealth — and still filing applications alongside clients today.
National markets
Opened up to national markets. Serving East Coast clients with multiple locations across the country.

Founded Safety Trainers in 1998 and leads the safety health management implementation for small business and industry expert in insurance, OSHA compliance, OSHA investigations and collaborates with many local, state and federal organizations on behalf of small businesses.

Joe Ceccarelli
A former project manager who survived a rigging accident in 2002 and has trained more than 10,000 people since. Holds multiple certifications and licenses supported by years of field experience. Always bringing a “real world” approach to every jobsite and manufacturing challenge.
